Ambre 35

Berry · 2016

Floral · Sweet · Spicy

Berry Ambre 35 is a resinous, sweet oriental with a powdery, slightly smoky edge, made for men and women alike. Longevity and sillage are both rated good, and most voters find it stays on skin for a long time. It is picked mostly for evenings and nights out, with some leisure wear as well. It sits comfortably on either gender. Opoponax, benzoin and labdanum give it a warm, resinous core, which vanilla and Peru balsam sweeten. Rose adds a soft floral touch, while patchouli and musk keep it on a powdery, smoky base.

Adouala

6.7

Berry · 2016

Floral · Spicy · Woody

Berry Adouala is a spicy, smoky and woody unisex fragrance, with a floral thread running through its earthy, resinous weight. Cinnamon, cumin and clove give it a warm, sharp spice frame. Rose softens that edge with a floral touch, while patchouli lays an earthy base. Atlas cedar, Canary Islands juniper and Somalian frankincense pull it towards a woody, resinous and smoky character, with an animal tone sitting in the background. Voters find both longevity and sillage good, though the number of votes is small, so this is only a rough picture. With its dense character it suits evenings more than daytime, and it reads equally well on men and women. Zara Bright Rose and Zara Sensual Oud have a close profile.

Éblouissants Reflets

7.2

Berry · 2013

Fresh · Citrus · Floral

Berry Éblouissants Reflets is a fresh, floral and slightly green unisex scent that suits work and relaxed everyday wear. Voters place it mostly in leisure and business settings, with daily wear close behind. Its longevity is rated moderate and its sillage weak, so it stays close to the skin rather than filling a room. It reads neither distinctly masculine nor feminine. Bergamot and ginger give it a citrusy, lightly spicy brightness. Jasmine, gardenia, cherry blossom and lily of the valley carry the floral side, softened by cedar and musk into a woody, creamy backdrop. Fruity and green touches stay in the background.

Kastellorizo

7.0

Berry · 2016

Fresh · Floral · Green

Berry Kastellorizo is a fresh, lightly sweet unisex scent built around fig and green notes. Fig and fig leaf form the backbone, giving it a green, fruity feel. Mugwort and lavender keep that freshness lifted, while mastic and elemi resin leave a faintly resinous trace. Sandalwood supplies a soft woody base under it all. Longevity is rated good and sillage moderate, so it stays close without crowding the room. Few people have rated it, so treat this as a rough guide. As a unisex scent it suits men and women alike. Chabaud Fleur de Figuier and Diptyque Philosykos have a close profile.

Portrait

7.4

Berry · 2016

Floral · Green · Fruity

Berry Portrait is a unisex fragrance that pairs a floral, green character with a sweet, creamy softness. Its longevity is rated good and its sillage moderate, so it stays noticeable through the day without filling the room. Being unisex, it sits comfortably on men and women alike. Heliotrope, neroli and white blossoms lead, while galbanum and tree moss add a green thread, and bergamot and mandarin orange bring a fruity lift. Tonka bean, vanilla and white musk sweeten the whole and settle it on a creamy base. The spicy and fougère sides stay in the background. Réminiscence Fleur de Délice / Guimauve / Mi Fa and Les Eaux Primordiales Superose have a close profile.

Violette Rebelle

7.4

Berry · 2016

Fresh · Floral · Fruity

Berry Violette Rebelle is a fresh, powdery unisex scent built around violet and green apple. Its longevity and sillage are rated moderate, though the small number of votes means these ratings are tentative. Voters choose it mostly for leisure, daily wear and the office, with evenings and nights out further behind. It sits comfortably on men and women alike and stays understated. Violet, violet leaf and cyclamen draw a floral-green frame, and green apple adds a fruity freshness. Chalk gives it a dry, powdery edge. Cedar, musk and ambroxan form a woody, synthetic base. Rouge Bunny Rouge Vespers and Sonoma Scent Studio Wood Violet have a close profile.

Cœur Noir

7.9

Berry · 2014

Floral · Sweet · Gourmand

Berry Cœur Noir is a unisex fragrance with a sweet, resinous and spicy character, built around warm amber and vanilla. The scent follows a clear oriental line: amber, benzoin and vanilla form a sweet, creamy base, softened further by tonka bean. Sandalwood and patchouli add a woody, earthy depth, nutmeg and sage bring a spicy edge, and geranium leaves a floral touch. Musk smooths everything into one warm, skin-like whole. With its gourmand, warm character, it suits anyone who likes dense, dark fragrances. Histoires de Parfums Ambre 114 and Laura Mercier Ambre Passion have a close profile.
