Vanilj

7.7

Maya Njie

Green · Sweet · Spicy

Maya Njie Vanilj is a unisex scent that puts vanilla and cardamom forward, with a creamy, spicy character resting on a woody base. Longevity is rated good and sillage moderate. Most voters pick fall and winter, though spring is not far behind. Votes spread across daily wear and evenings out, and it reads neither clearly masculine nor clearly feminine. Zara Majestic Green and Maya Njie Nordic Cedar have a close profile. Vanilla brings the sweetness and the creamy texture, while cardamom adds a spicy edge. Patchouli and cedarwood build a woody frame, and amber and musk soften it. Powdery and green touches keep the sweetness from turning heavy.

Nordic Cedar

7.6

Maya Njie

Fresh · Green · Spicy

Maya Njie Nordic Cedar is a fresh, green unisex fragrance built around cardamom, patchouli and cedarwood. Its longevity and sillage are rated moderate, though the number of votes is small, so these ratings are only a rough guide. Voters place it mostly in leisure and daily wear, with some choosing it for evenings. Being unisex, it doesn't lean toward either gender. Cardamom opens it with a spicy, bright touch. In the heart, patchouli and cedarwood form an earthy, woody base, with the fresh green feel staying on top of it. Amber and musk soften the dry-down. Maya Njie Vanilj and Karakash Silver Breath have a similar profile.

Tropica

7.8

Maya Njie

Fresh · Citrus · Fruity

Maya Njie Tropica is a unisex fragrance that pairs citrus freshness with a fruity, gourmand sweetness over a creamy, woody base. Longevity and sillage are both rated moderate, though the number of votes is small, so these figures are only a rough guide. It sits close to the skin and makes itself known gently. Pineapple, coconut and citrus notes give it a fresh, tropical fruit feel. Fig softens that sweetness, while sandalwood and cedarwood lay a woody ground underneath. Musk and ambergris keep the whole thing powdery and creamy.

Tobak

7.5

Maya Njie

Floral · Green · Spicy

Maya Njie Tobak is a green, smoky unisex scent built around tobacco leaf, cinnamon and leather. Tobacco leaf and leather form the backbone, cinnamon adds a spicy warmth, and vetiver brings a green, earthy side. Musk softens the mix, while the floral accord stays in the background. The overall impression is woody, smoky and dry. Voters find its longevity good and its sillage moderate, though the number of votes is small, so these ratings are tentative. It suits men and women alike. Hermès Bel Ami Vétiver and Miguel Matos Tabacco Smeraldo have a close profile.

Voyeur Verde

7.6

Maya Njie · 2021

Green · Synthetic · Spicy

Maya Njie Voyeur Verde is a green, woody unisex scent that opens with bergamot, mandarin orange and cypress and settles into frankincense, patchouli and leather. Its sillage is rated moderate, though with few votes that impression is tentative. It reads as neither clearly masculine nor feminine, and suits both men and women. The opening is a green freshness of citrus and cypress. In the heart, rosewood, fennel, ylang-ylang and iris add a spicy, creamy softness. The base of frankincense, patchouli, cedarwood and leather leaves a resinous, earthy, leathery trail.

Les Fleurs

7.1
