In the heart, orange blossom absolute, frankincense, carnation and cinnamon keep the floral side wrapped in spice. Tenebra

7.4

Royal Crown

Floral · Green · Sweet

Royal Crown Tenebra is a women's fragrance that sets tuberose, honey and vanilla absolute against oud, tobacco absolute and ebony, joining a floral side to a woody one; it has been discontinued. Its longevity is rated strong and its sillage good, though the vote counts are small, so these ratings are only a rough guide. It is classed as a women's scent, but the heavy woody and spicy character sets it apart from classic florals. The top opens with cardamom, nutmeg, heliotrope and tuberose. In the heart, tuberose sweetens alongside honey and narcissus, while Jasminum auriculatum and Florentine iris push the floral side towards powder. The base of oud, Mysore sandalwood, labdanum and ambergris lays down a woody, animal and earthy floor. Antonio Visconti Fleur de Nuit and Ayala Moriel Gigi have a close profile.
