Fleur de Pavot

Chaugan Fleur de Pavot is a green, woody and smoky men's fragrance led by vetiver, cedar and patchouli.
Its longevity is rated good, and so is its sillage. There are no season or occasion votes, so it is hard to say more about when it suits; it is classed as masculine, and its spicy, earthy character fits a calm, self-contained kind of wear.
It opens with the brightness of mandarin orange and lemon, mixed with the greenness of clary sage and hemp. In the heart, vetiver, cedar and patchouli pull the scent toward wood and earth. The base of dry woods, frankincense, nagarmotha and amber leaves a resinous, smoky warmth. Arquinesia Scent of History and Marc Gebauer Berserker have a close profile.
