Eau de Parfum
Emanuel Ungaro Senso Eau de Parfum is a floral-green chypre that opens with hyacinth, galbanum and neroli, made for women with a classic leaning.
It opens bright and green with hyacinth, galbanum, neroli and bergamot. In the heart, ylang-ylang, iris, rose and jasmine fill out the floral picture, adding a powdery, lightly spicy softness. The base of vetiver, sandalwood, patchouli, vanilla and musk dries down sweeter, settling into a woody, oriental warmth.
Longevity and sillage are rated good. Most voters pick fall and winter, then spring, and it leans towards evenings and nights out. It reads mostly feminine and classic. It has been discontinued. Guerlain Nahema and Chloé Chloé (1975) share a close profile.
