Tales of Oud & Dates

The Scent Library (UAE) · 2026

Floral · Sweet · Spicy

The Scent Library (UAE) Tales of Oud & Dates is a smoky, resinous oud scent with a sweet, spicy and woody character, made for anyone, as a unisex perfume. Longevity and sillage are both rated strong, though only a small number of voters have weighed in, so the picture is still tentative. With this much presence it suits someone who wants the scent to be noticed, and its unisex profile leans neither masculine nor feminine. It opens with juniper, rosemary, fig and pink pepper, fresh and lightly spiced. The heart brings mineral notes, rose and clary sage. In the base incense, oud, amber and patchouli take over, settling into a smoky, resinous warmth with a sweet edge.
