Into the Wild

Maison Matine · 2019

Fresh · Floral · Green

Maison Matine Into the Wild is a unisex scent with a fresh, green and spicy character, softened by floral and woody tones. Longevity and sillage are rated moderate. Most voters pick spring and summer, and winter is rarely chosen. Leisure, daily wear and the office get the most votes. Masculine and feminine votes are equal, so it leans neither way. Juniper berry, cardamom and pepper give a crisp, spicy opening. In the heart, frangipani, magnolia and ginger add a floral softness. Chocolate sits in the base. The green and woody accords keep the whole composition cool. Angéliques sous la Pluie and Celadon have a close profile.

Floral · Fruity · Sweet

Roberto Geissini Feminine is a floral, fruity women's perfume with a sweet, gourmand warmth, leaning towards relaxed everyday wear. It opens with red fruits, peach and apricot, a juicy and sweet start. Lavender, jasmine and rose carry the floral heart, while caramel, vanilla and sandalwood soften the base into a gourmand sweetness. Spicy and woody touches stay in the background, and there is a slightly synthetic sheen. Longevity is rated good and sillage moderate. Most voters point to leisure and daytime wear, with some choosing it for evenings and nights out. It reads clearly feminine. Perfumes with a close profile include Al Rehab Dalal and M. Micallef Glamour.

Daily and leisure wear lead, and it also has a place at the office. The top opens with cardamom, apple and bergamot, spice and freshness softened by fruity sweetness. Lavender, geranium and musk keep the heart clean. Cedarwood, Saint John's wort and patchouli set a woody base. Yves Saint Laurent L'Homme Cologne Bleue and Rue Broca Pride pour Homme have a close profile.
