Nubio

Casa del Perfume Canario · 2016

Fresh · Citrus · Floral

Casa del Perfume Canario Nubio is a fresh, citrus-led unisex scent that opens on mandarin orange, bergamot and lime and softens into jasmine, white iris and cedarwood. Nubio opens with citrus: mandarin orange, bergamot and lime come first. In the heart, lemon, white iris and jasmine pull the freshness towards a floral, powdery side. The base of cedarwood, eucalyptus and sandalwood sets it on a woody, creamy footing, while the sweet and spicy touches stay in the background. Longevity and sillage are rated moderate, so it neither stays too close nor fills a room, though these ratings rest on only a few votes. It reads comfortably on both men and women, and its fresh character suits everyday wear. Mazzolari Hartley and Floris Cefiro (Eau de Toilette) have a close profile.

Veguetia

7.5

Casa del Perfume Canario · 2016

Fresh · Citrus · Floral

Casa del Perfume Canario Veguetia is a fresh, citrusy fragrance for women, softened by a powdery, creamy floral sweetness. Its longevity is rated as moderate, though with only a few votes this is a first impression at best. There isn't enough voting to point to a season or occasion, but the fresh, fruity character sits close to everyday wear. The top opens with mango, green tea and bergamot, fruity and bright. In the heart, geranium, white iris and pink pepper add a powdery floral touch. The base of musk, benzoin and sandalwood sweetens the scent and closes it on a creamy warmth.

Attenya

6.7

Casa del Perfume Canario

Fresh · Floral · Fruity

Casa del Perfume Canario Attenya is a fresh, floral unisex perfume, softened by fruity and sweet sides. The scent sits firmly in a floral frame: magnolia, white iris and linden blossom lead, while mandarin orange and medlar add a fruity lift. Benzoin and dark chocolate deepen the sweetness, and vetiver with white moss sets it on a dry, clean ground. A synthetic touch among the accords makes it read as a smooth, glossy floral rather than a natural bouquet. Its profile is close to Juliette Has A Gun Magnolia Bliss and Jil Sander Style Soft.

Thenesor

8.7

Casa del Perfume Canario · 2019

Sweet · Spicy · Oriental

Casa del Perfume Canario Thenesor is an oriental men's fragrance that pairs a sweet, spicy character with a smoky, leathery base. Longevity is moderate and sillage is good, though the sample of ratings is small, so these figures are a first impression rather than a firm verdict. It is positioned as a masculine scent. It opens with ginger, aniseed and bergamot, a bright but spice-led start. In the heart, thyme, cinnamon and coriander carry the spiciness forward. As it dries down, tobacco, tonka bean and leather come forward, and the sweetness is balanced by a smoky, leathery texture. Burberry London for Men (Eau de Toilette) and Bvlgari Man In Black have a close profile.
