Aphrodite

Soki London · 2023

Fresh · Aquatic · Green

Soki London Aphrodite is a feminine fragrance with a fresh, aquatic character, softened by a green and fruity sweetness. Its longevity is rated strong and its sillage good. Most voters choose it for daily wear and leisure, and it also finds a place at the office. The number of votes is small, so these impressions are not conclusive. Aquatic notes and lotus give it a cool, green, clean-air feel. Palm tree pulls that towards the tropics, while coconut and mango add a sweet, gourmand fruitiness. The overall impression is light and breezy, with a bright, synthetic sheen. Demeter Fragrance Library Lotus Flower and Clean Sunkissed Skin have a close profile.

Empress

6.2

Soki London · 2022

Floral · Fruity · Sweet

Soki London Empress is a floral-gourmand fragrance for women that opens with woodland strawberry and pear and sweetens towards popcorn and toffee. Its longevity is rated strong and its sillage good, though few people have voted, so these ratings are a tendency rather than a firm verdict. With its sweet, slightly synthetic character, it suits those who want a scent that stays noticeable through the day, applied with a careful hand. The top notes of woodland strawberry and pear give a fruity first impression. In the heart, peony, rose and vine form a floral middle. At the base, popcorn and toffee bring out the gourmand sweetness, while musk, woods and patchouli soften it and carry a spicy tone through the scent.

Firedance

7.1

Ruth Mastenbrœk · 2017

Floral · Sweet · Spicy

Ruth Mastenbrœk Firedance is a unisex scent that sets the brightness of apple and lemon against the dark warmth of leather, damask rose and oud. It opens with a short burst of apple and lemon. In the heart, leather, cashmere and damask rose take over, and the floral side is hardened by leathery and smoky accords. The base of patchouli and oud pulls it toward earthy, resinous and animalic ground, with sweet and spicy tones running through. Voters rate its longevity and sillage as good, though the number of votes is small. Its dense, dark build suits cooler weather, and it reads as neither masculine nor feminine.

Artemis

7.3

Soki London · 2024

Fresh · Floral · Green

Soki London Artemis is a fresh, fruity floral for women, opening on peach, plum and nectarine and moving into peony and green leaves. The top notes of peach, plum and nectarine give a sweet, juicy first impression. In the heart, peony, green leaves and osmanthus add a floral, green freshness. Cedar and sandalwood in the base set the scent on a woody footing and soften the fruit's sweetness. Its longevity is rated strong and its sillage good, though these ratings rest on only a small number of votes. The fresh, sweet character sits close to everyday wear, and it reads clearly feminine. Jo Malone Nectarine Blossom & Honey and Birkholz First Spring have a close profile.

Amorosa

7.8

Ruth Mastenbrœk · 2012

Fresh · Floral · Green

Ruth Mastenbrœk Amorosa is a fresh, floral women's fragrance that pairs the green bite of galbanum and violet leaf with the creamy blooms of tuberose and ylang-ylang. Most voters pick Amorosa for leisure and daily wear, with business use as another common choice. Some also wear it for evenings and nights out, but the weight sits in daytime hours. It reads as feminine overall. It opens with galbanum and violet leaf, which give a cool, green feel, while watermelon pulls it towards a light fruity sweetness. In the heart, ylang-ylang and tuberose add a creamy floral body. The base of amber and vetiver dries down woody, with a spicy warmth.
