What does Sequoia smell like?

It opens with frankincense, which brings a resinous, smoky edge. In the heart, cedarwood takes over with a dry, clean, woody line, and the earthy accord stays just beneath it. In the base, sandalwood smooths everything out and carries the scent somewhere warmer and softer. There is no sweetness or floral side to look for; wood, earth and smoke dominate from start to finish. Its profile is close to Phaedon Oliban / Grisens and Inner Muse Woodland.
