The top opens with bergamot, grapefruit and black pepper, joined by Java frankincense. In the heart, rose absolute, iris and Haitian vetiver build a woody base. In the base, myrrh, benzoin, vanilla absolute and tonka bean sweeten it into a resinous, slightly smoky warmth. Goutal Myrrhe Ardente and Tom Ford Oud Wood have a close profile.
