What does Patchouli smell like?

It opens with a bright citrus lift of bergamot and orange. The heart of stephanotis, violet leaf and jasmine adds a floral, green middle layer. Patchouli leads the base, set on a woody, resinous and slightly animalic ground of cedar, amber and musk. Spicy and smoky touches sharpen the earthy feel. Marc Gebauer Berserker and Anatole Lebreton Grimoire have a close profile.
