It opens with papyrus, oak wood and saffron, dry, woody and lightly spiced. In the heart, black Baccara rose leads, with black pepper absolute and nutmeg adding a warm spiciness. The base of Spanish cistus absolute, gaiac wood and mahogany wood leaves a resinous, earthy and slightly sweet trail. The character is oriental and woody, carrying the rose with depth and warmth rather than sharp dryness. La Maison de la Vanille Royal Oud and Armaf Club de Nuit Intense Woman have a close profile.
