What does Pale Fire smell like?

The notes have no top, heart and base split, so the scent reads as one whole. Tahitian vanilla and cocoa give a gourmand, creamy sweetness, while whisky adds a smoky edge to it. Amber, Spanish labdanum absolute and frankincense carry a resinous warmth, and oakmoss anchors the woody, spicy side.

Longevity and sillage are both rated good. Most voters pick winter and fall, and evenings, nights out and leisure time are the most named occasions. Votes for masculine and feminine sit very close together, so it wears comfortably either way. Guerlain Ambre Samar and Xerjoff Golden Dallah have a close profile.
