Malachite

Its longevity is rated strong and its sillage good. Most voters pick autumn and winter, and evening and night-out wear lead the occasions. Most see it as feminine, though some call it classic or masculine.

It opens spicy and resinous with elemi resin, saffron, labdanum, geranium and cinnamon. The heart of patchouli, everlasting flower, cedarwood and rose adds a floral, woody body. In the base, ambergris, benzoin, oud and vanilla sweeten it into a warm, oriental finish.
