What does Bois Noir smell like?

Its longevity is rated strong, though that view rests on only a few votes. Written as a masculine scent, its oriental and fougère sides place it closer to cooler weather and a dense, classic masculine style.

The top opens with tangerine and Brazilian rosewood, and in the heart rose and coriander add a spicy turn. As it dries, sandalwood, vanilla and ambrette seed come forward, sweetening the scent and giving it a warm, gourmand edge. Chanel Égoïste (Eau de Toilette) and Tauer Perfumes Shadid have a close profile.
