It opens bright with mandarin orange, bergamot, lemon and angelica. In the heart, jasmine, orange blossom and water lily carry the floral side, while black pepper and orris root add a spicy, earthy edge. Vetiver, suede, tonka bean, benzoin and sandalwood sweeten the base and give it a leathery, woody footing.

Longevity and sillage are moderate. Most voters pick spring, followed by summer and fall, and leisure, daily wear and the office are the occasions named most often. It reads more feminine to most voters, though a fair number find it masculine.
