It opens with saffron, blackcurrant and bergamot, which read fresh and spicy. In the heart, lily of the valley, ozonic notes and gurjum balsam hold a floral coolness together with something earthy and hard-edged. In the base, leather, sandalwood and oud take over, and the scent dries down smoky and woody.
Its longevity is rated strong and its sillage good. The cool, slightly synthetic air and the leathery smoke let it read masculine or feminine alike. Montale Aoud Moon and Zara Vibrant Leather Oud have a close profile.
