Pink pepper, grapefruit and rose oxide open it with a sharp, airy start: the bitter edge of grapefruit leads, with rose oxide adding a cool, slightly metallic floral note beside it. In the heart, cypress, magnolia and Madagascan geranium bring a green, resinous coolness that softens the florals and adds a powdery feel. In the base, patchouli and Haitian vetiver pull it toward a dry, earthy, lightly woody finish. The whole stays fresh rather than heavy or sweet.
