The scent moves as one piece: frankincense, myrrh and elemi resin give it a spicy, smoky, resinous weight. Labdanum carries that mood into an oriental warmth, while sandalwood lays a woody base underneath. Ylang-ylang softens the edges and adds a powdery, faintly animal smoothness.
