It opens with cinnamon, lavender and saffron, a warm, spicy start. In the heart, black rose and heliotrope soften that edge and add sweetness. As it dries, cedar, oakmoss and birch bark form a woody, slightly smoky base, and the gourmand and resinous tones carry the sweetness through to the end.
