The top pairs bergamot with oregano and pimento, so citrus brightness meets a sharp spicy edge. In the heart, gardenia, jasmine sambac, Taif rose and peach carry the floral and sweet side. The base of vanilla, sandalwood, oud and leather lays down a woody, creamy and leathery foundation, while orris root and Florentine iris add a powdery touch. The oriental character leads, though the fresh accord keeps it from turning heavy.
