What does Amber Iris smell like?

Benzoin, vanilla and labdanum lay down a soft, sweet base. Frankincense, myrrh and styrax deepen the resinous side, while patchouli and ambroxan frame it in wood. Pink pepper adds a spicy spark, and orris absolute with ambrette seed absolute lends a powdery softness to the warmth.

Longevity is rated good and sillage moderate, though the vote counts are small, so treat those ratings loosely. Voters place it mostly in leisure, evening and night-out wear. Armani Privé Sable Nuit and Iris Carmin have a close profile.
