What does Ylang Ambrato smell like?
It begins with bergamot, neroli and black pepper, where the citrus freshness carries a spicy edge. In the heart, Madagascan ylang-ylang is softened by benzoin and tonka bean absolute, while pimento leaf keeps the spice in the background. The base brings tolu balm, oak wood, tobacco and cistus to the front, and with opoponax it dries down to a creamy, powdery, sweet warmth. A green thread runs through the whole development. Its profile is close to Pierre de Velay Amour and Nicolaï Ambre Cashmere Intense.
