What does Maracaibo smell like?
Ylang-ylang, jasmine and tuberose carry the floral side, while galbanum and bergamot add a cool green edge. Sandalwood, patchouli and musk set it on a woody, powdery and creamy base. The accords also include sweet, spicy and slightly animal touches, and the chypre character keeps the overall impression classic.
Its longevity is rated strong and its sillage good. Most voters suggest spring and fall, and use is spread across leisure, evening and daily wear. Most voters read it as feminine, with some calling it classic. Ojar Wadi Bloom and Jean Patou Deux Amours have a close profile.
