What does Vanille smell like?
Vanilla and tonka bean form the body of the scent, while amber sets that sweetness on a warm base. Cinnamon brings a light spice, iris and heliotrope add a powdery softness, and ylang-ylang adds a floral touch. Orange, bitter orange and bergamot keep the citrus in the background and ease the sweetness a little, while patchouli adds depth.
Longevity and sillage are both rated good. Most voters recommend fall and winter, with spring next and summer far behind. It is chosen most often for leisure time and evenings. Its character leans feminine, though some voters also call it masculine or classic.
