Fir of the Dark

The top holds spruce, frankincense, black pepper, cypress and galbanum, so it opens sharp, green and forest-like. In the heart, frankincense meets leather, Virginia cedar and sage, and the scent turns spicy and smoky. The base rests on Java vetiver, oakmoss, fir and juniper, an earthy ground that a sweet accord softens slightly. Fir of the Dark has been discontinued.
