It opens with the fresh citrus of orange and lemon, sharpened by Sichuan pepper. The heart of geranium, Provençal lavender and violet leaf adds a floral, lightly aromatic layer. In the base, patchouli carries the earthy, woody character, while vanilla, tonka bean and benzoin sweeten it and give a resinous warmth, softened by musk. Spice and sweetness stay in balance, and the patchouli remains present throughout.
