What does Tropiques (2006) smell like?

The opening is bright and fruity, with cranberry, raspberry and kumquat giving a citrusy, fresh lift. In the heart, mango blossom and jasmine bring a soft floral note while blackberry keeps the fruit going. The base of tonka bean and vanilla sweetens it, settling into a gourmand, powdery and lightly woody finish. Guerlain My Insolence and Patrizia Pepe Patrizia have a close profile.
