What does 4 Pillars smell like?
The fragrance reads as a single whole rather than a sequence of layers. Sri Lankan oud and Indonesian sandalwood form a woody, earthy frame, with spicy and green touches running through it. Musk, Mongolian deer musk and black ambergris soften that frame with a creamy, animalic, oriental warmth. The result feels dense, deep and slightly smoky. Its profile sits close to Madini Black Musk and Xerjoff Laylati / Afgano Puro.
