What does Pan's Labyrinth smell like?
It opens with bitter almond, bergamot and powder, softened by rose otto and white ambergris. The heart brings lavender, rose absolute and patchouli, with coumarin adding sweetness. The base is led by French oakmoss, bakhoor, sandalwood and Malayan oud. Gourmand, powdery and earthy touches sit on a fougère frame.
Voters find both longevity and sillage strong, though the sample is small. Its dense, woody-sweet feel suits men and women alike. Guerlain Iris Ganache and Xerjoff Richwood have a close profile.
