The notes read as a single whole: juniper, cinnamon, cumin and pimento draw a spicy frame, while sandalwood, cedar and oud lay down the woody base. Civet, castoreum and deer musk add animalic depth, frankincense and myrrh bring resin, and labdanum and Baltic amber add oriental warmth. Cocoa and vanilla soften the edges a little.
