What does Opera Mate smell like?

It opens with labdanum, grapefruit zest and roasted chestnut, the zest's brightness softened by the chestnut's warmth. At the heart, vetiver, davana and crème brûlée add a sweet, creamy note. The base of caramel, suede and sandalwood dries down into a resinous, leathery and faintly smoky sweetness.

Longevity is rated strong and sillage good. Its dense sweetness and spicy warmth suit cooler weather best. It leans neither masculine nor feminine, sitting between the two. The Merchant Of Venice Venezia Essenza pour Homme and Yves Saint Laurent Babycat have a close profile.
