What does Oud Imperium smell like?

It opens with lemon, apple and lavender, a cool and fresh start. In the heart, woody notes, jasmine, lily of the valley and vanilla come in, with the floral side softened by the vanilla. The base is led by oud, sandalwood, amber, musk and tonka bean; the resinous, leathery and animal accords give it a warm, dark footing, while nagarmotha adds a dry, earthy tone. The green accord links the fresh opening to the oud-heavy base.

Xerjoff Alexandria II and Penhaligon's Halfeti have a close profile.
