It opens with bay leaf, iron and ozone, a cool, faintly metallic edge. The heart turns warm, resinous and spicy with amber, labdanum and holy basil. In the base, vetiver and patchouli add an earthy weight, while vanilla and sandalwood sweeten and soften it. The overall impression is sweet, woody and smoky, with a resinous, earthy side.
