In the top, cardamom brings a spicy lift, palo santo adds a smoky woodiness, and marjoram contributes a herbal edge. The heart holds ambergris, tuberose and frankincense: tuberose gives a creamy, powdery floral quality while frankincense adds resinous depth. The base gathers opoponax, musk, sandalwood, oud, castoreum and civet. The result reads sweet, oriental and earthy, with clear animal and leathery sides. It is a dense, dark character.
