What does Imperial Wood smell like?

It opens with spicy notes, damask rose, thyme and tobacco. In the heart, tonka bean, vanilla and cocoa sweeten the scent while cinnamon, clove and cardamom keep the spice going. The base of frankincense, amberwood, Indonesian oud and leather leaves a warm, resinous, leathery woodiness.

Longevity is rated strong and sillage good. Most voters pick fall and winter, and evenings and nights out are the favoured occasions. It reads closer to masculine, though the gourmand sweetness softens that. Chanel Égoïste and Zara Bohemian Oud have a close profile.
