What does Santal smell like?

At the start, lemon, bergamot and lime give a bright citrus lift, with lavender keeping it clean. In the heart, tarragon, aniseed and caraway add a green, spicy edge, softened by a floral touch of orange blossom. The base of leather, oakmoss, sandalwood and patchouli sets a chypre character, while cinnamon and tonka bean add a light sweetness. The overall impression is fresh yet woody, powdery and leathery, in the manner of a classic masculine. Aramis Tuscany per Uomo and Azzaro Azzaro pour Homme have a close profile.
