What does Amber (2018) smell like?

Saffron sits at the top and gives the opening a spicy, slightly warm edge. Amber and smoke take over in the heart, where the sweetness is checked by the smoky note and the scent turns drier and resinous. The base holds tonka bean, black musk and resins: the tonka softens the sweetness, while the musk and resins keep it on a leathery, woody footing. Sweet, spicy, woody and smoky accords run together throughout. Rook Perfumes Amber (2020) and Dunhill Moroccan Amber have a close profile.
