Celestial Patchouli

Longevity is rated good and sillage moderate, so it stays on the skin without filling a room. Most voters pick fall and winter, with spring not far behind. It is chosen most often for leisure and evenings. Slightly more voters call it feminine than masculine, though a fair number see it as masculine.

It opens with coriander seed and moves into a powdery floral heart of Moroccan rose absolute, osmanthus and Iris tingitana. The base of patchouli, Australian sandalwood and cedarwood gives an earthy, woody footing; cinnamon adds sweet warmth, while leather and cypriol bring a leathery, resinous shade.
