What does Chrysos smell like?
It opens with a bright citrus layer of bergamot, yuzu and neroli, while clove, cinnamon, ginger and green cardamom push the spice forward and rosemary and lavender add a green freshness. In the heart, tuberose and ylang-ylang give a creamy floral note, softened by Ceylonese sandalwood. The base of labdanum, tonka bean, oakmoss and patchouli forms the earthy, slightly smoky chypre ground.
Voters find its longevity very strong and its sillage good, and they rate its value for money highly. Its dense, layered build sits comfortably on both men and women. Sultan Pasha Attars Encens Chypre and Anna Zworykina Golden Lavender have a close profile.
