It opens with pine needle, Sichuan pepper, ginger and black pepper, a spicy, bright start softened by pear. In the heart, jasmine, osmanthus, violet and cinnamon come forward, while cedarwood and nutmeg tie the florals to the spice. The base of amber, vanilla, musk and sandalwood turns sweeter and settles warm.
