What does Holiday Fir smell like?
It opens with red pine, Scots pine and fir alongside grapefruit, cool and green like forest air. Pinyon pine resin, cedar and lavender add a spicy, resinous depth in the middle. The base of oud, Indian sandalwood and tree moss settles it onto a woody, slightly animal ground.
Longevity is rated good and sillage moderate, so it stays close to the skin rather than filling a room. The number of votes is small, so there is no clear season or occasion pattern, but the pine and resin weight suits cooler weather. It reads comfortably on anyone. Lost Tribe Equatorial and Farfalla Waldzauber have a close profile.
