Both longevity and sillage are rated strong, and its rose, oud and resin-heavy build sits more comfortably in the cooler months. Most voters pick fall and winter, with spring and summer trailing behind. It leans slightly masculine in character, followed by feminine.

Three different roses lead the top. In the heart, damask rose absolute, Cambodian oud and osmanthus come in, with chrysanthemum absolute adding another floral layer beside the rose. The base of white ambergris, amber, Siam benzoin, musk and leather closes it with a spicy, resinous, animalic warmth. Juriah Privé and Dorin Un Air d'Arabie Rose of Taif have a close profile.
