Thebes Grade 2

It opens with aldehydes, bergamot, lily of the valley and Persian rose otto, giving a bright, fresh floral start. In the heart, Jasminum grandiflorum absolute, Bulgarian rose absolute and orris butter carry the floral theme with a powdery softness, while musk rounds it off. The base settles on vetiver for an earthy, green footing, and animalic notes, ambergris and amber push it towards a warm, resinous, slightly smoky oriental feel with a fougère edge.
