It opens with Meyer lemon, bergamot, lavender and clary sage, a bright start. In the heart, Damask rose, lily of the valley and violet leaf bring the floral side forward. The base is dominated by Siam benzoin, Mysore sandalwood, oakmoss and patchouli, where the resinous, creamy and smoky accords soften and deepen the scent. Civet and spices add a warmer, darker texture.
